Lemasters, David G. "Davy", 89, of East Liverpool, Ohio, died July 6, 2011 at East Liverpool City Hospital.
He was born December 4, 1921, a son of the late Enoch and Sarah Lemasters Lemasters Ballengée.
David was a retired electrician with Weirton Steel and it was World War II Army veteran and served in the European theater. He was also a member of the VFW Post 6327 of Sistersville.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth McKinney Mercer Lemasters, son, Richard (Nancy) Lemasters of Sistersville and Franklin (Diana) Lemasters of Santa Clarita, California, daughter, Kathryn (Virgil) Mellott of Surprise, Arizona; Fine son, Jeffrey (Jackie) and Donald Mercer Mercer of East Liverpool, Ohio; stepdaughter, Carol (John) Fabriele Safety Harbor, Fla., seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
