Staten Island, NY - na sea of blue and white caps and gowns, under a sky of storm clouds Class Susan E. Wagner High School in 2011 was awarded last night at the Ballpark Richmond County Bank in St. George. The 681 seniors were euphoric to accept their diplomas with their families cheering as the rain held off.
Primary Address Gary Giordano brought the stage to applause as he told the graduates, he loved them. "Your enthusiasm has inspired me," he told the class.
