An attractive and lively workbook follows which covers the core elements used in CBT programmes but conveys these ideas to children and young people in an understandable way and uses real life examples familiar to them. The concepts introduced to the children can be applied to their own unique set of problems through the series of practical exercises and worksheets.

I have always thought that if you are going to apply for a job the very least you could do is do your research or at least include my name/company name in your correspondence. One look at our website or blog would throw up a couple of names or a few details to show that you had even the smallest piece of ingenuity.
